Microsoft announced its support for Google’s Agent2Agent (A2A) protocol to enable AI agents to communicate seamlessly across platforms. This integration will come to Microsoft’s AI platforms Azure AI Foundry and Copilot Studio.
The collaboration intends to boost interoperability among AI agents, regardless of the cloud or application. Microsoft has also joined the A2A working group on GitHub to help develop this protocol further.
